Shipping, Returns & Refunds Info
While most of our customers are from The US, we do offer international shipping to enable all our dear customers to order from us. Big thanks to FEDEX, our shipping partner for making it easy for us to ship internationally.
Shipping of domestic orders within the USA is free. Shipping fees may apply to international orders shipped outside of the US.
All orders take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered. We know that you want to receive your order ASAP and we do our best to make that happen.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed, we will notify you by email and give you the tracking number and a web link so you can track your order online and in real time.
Returning A Product
You may return any purchased item via our online store for any reason within 90 days from the date of the purchase. All you have to do is notify us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
In case you want your money back, you have 90 days to request a full refund of the amount you paid to purchase the product. Our money-back guarantee covers 100% or the product price.
Cancelling An Order
To cancel a placed order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. We allow 24 hours for our clients to cancel their placed orders. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed or cancelled the following business day.
Cases of damaged items during shipping are rare, but if it happens that a product is damaged during carriage, please contact us with images of the damaged package and we will replace it to you free of charge. All packages are subject to the FedEx’s terms and conditions. Please check the FedEx website for additional information on shipping, including special schedules due to holidays
